Park Choa (born 6 March 1990; Hangul: 박초아), better known as Choa (초아), is a South Korean idol singer and musical actress. She is best known as a member of the South Korean girl group AOA under FNC Entertainment. She is currently a cast member in the variety show We Got Married.Choa was born on 6 March 1990, in Incheon, South Korea. She wanted to major in music at university but her conservative father wanted her to get a normal job, so she enrolled in Aviation Business Administration in Inha Technical College. Her first step in becoming an idol was when she met Juniel and was told by her about FNC's auditions for their girl group, AOA. At first, her parents opposed her dream of becoming a singer but later gave her the permission after they realised that she might inherit musical talent from her mother who majored in piano. She has also played guitar for 3 years.
